At this time, the Services provided are offered free of charge. However, Create reserves the right to, at a future time of their choosing, implement a fee-for-service model, a flat fee model, a subscription model, or any other type of pay-for-access plan at their discretion. At that time, you will be offered the opportunity to make payment or to cease use and access of the Service. At that time, your account and your current balance will be able to be viewed in your Account History at any time within the Service. You will be invoiced for any outstanding balance no less than four times a year, or at our discretion. Failure to pay your outstanding balance within a month of the invoice date will result in your use of all Services being restricted until payment is made.

Moreover, at this time, no part of the Services offered cause you to be entered into an agreement to pay Create Music Group or to be bound to Create beyond the representations and warranties held in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
